'I'd give my left arm to be able to drum like that!' - Rick Allen (Def Leppard)
odd drunk demos rough deranged rampant charged
Artist picture
Rough demos and unfinished projects by some of the members of The Non-Stick Panzers who were getting fed up with the name The Non-Stick Panzers.
"Trawling deep through their archives, The Lords Of The Deep Sea searched their souls and found them wanting. Nonetheless, they pressed on, letting their music crash through its peaks and troughs like a badly-built boat on a storm-tossed sea; sure in the certain knowledge that somewhere, someone would have the foresight, wit and intelligence to see their work for its true worth, or just to wave back and laugh as they sailed further out of their depth. Prepare yourselves for their drunken, half-baked ideas, mad ramblings, unfinished symphonies and rough demos."

Story behind the song
Several of Jurgen's ancestors had a habit of emigrating to Canada and the USA, improving the breeding stock of the population somewhat, then returning back to Scotland feeling homesick - often shortly after marriage was mentioned. That's what he told us it was about anyway.
Lyrics
What did it feel like to leave your mamma's land? What did you feel when you hit these Scottish shores? Will you ever return? Can you ever go home... To welcome your prodigal son And touch the standing stone? How did you feel when you left for Canada? That worthless piece of pink on your old school map Will you ever return Can you ever go home... To welcome your prodigal son And touch the standing stone? Have you forgotten about the standing stone... And how you promised you'd never roam?
